About us

Denis Muratov is an entrepreneur and investor focused on innovation development, company building, fundraising and industrial project implementation.

His background is not a conventional career biography. It is a record of creating, restructuring, financing and curating businesses, infrastructure platforms, industrial assets and investment vehicles across different countries and sectors.

Educated at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg as a Master of Architecture, Denis applies a design and systems mindset to complex industrial, financial and technology projects.

I have spent my professional life creating, financing and restructuring companies, industrial platforms, infrastructure projects and investment vehicles.

My work has covered venture funds, sustainability technologies, railways, telecom, microelectronics, pharmaceuticals, industrial parks and large-scale cross-border negotiations.

Today I am focused on defense investment and the integration of investee technologies into sovereign capability verticals that are difficult to replicate and capable of delivering real defensibility and deterrence.

Founded and manages F4SE, a Singapore-based VC fund with 25 portfolio companies in sustainability and clean energy. Delivered 40+ complex projects across Europe, Asia, and beyond. Comfortable operating across diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
